Royal-T Tapas, a woman and LGBTQ+ owned international tapas food truck, sought a rebrand to better align with their new food truck. The existing branding didn’t effectively translate to their aesthetic, prompting a shift towards a more regal and refined identity. The rebranding aimed to capture the essence of their inspiration while emphasizing their commitment to quality ingredients. The design focused on a royal green and gold color palette, paired with soft, inviting illustrations, and consistent typography that together created a sense of elegance and clarity. By integrating illustrations of their key ingredients into the logo and incorporating a strong tagline, the brand now clearly communicates their focus on tapas while honoring the individual who inspired the business.
The rebranding has been met with overwhelming positivity from their existing clients, who appreciate the more focused and simplified representation of the brand. The challenge of incorporating a portrait into a food-focused brand was deftly handled, resulting in a logo that balances personal tribute with culinary appeal. The new identity not only elevates the brand's visual appeal but also clarifies their offerings, making it easier for customers to connect with their unique vibe.
