How It Works
Minimum 3-month committed required
Packages can be started at any time, and automatically renew at the same rate every month until cancelled.
Once you sign up for a retainer package, we will schedule a discovery call to review your needs, goals, and file management. The retainer must be paid before any work begins for the month.
Project Requests
We will touch base towards the middle of the month to review what is needed for the month coming up.
I include time for 1 round of revisions per project. Additional revisions will eat into your hours. Requests should include as many details as possible. Keep in mind, time spent researching & brainstorming can extend projects beyond the estimated time.
Work Included
Social media graphics, photo editing, basic print projects like business cards or flyers, basic website updates (swapping out photos, changing copy, or adding events). Retainer packages cannot be used for larger projects like branding, merchandise design, or website design. Larger projects will be quoted separately.
Going Over Hours
If you use all of your hours in your monthly retainer and still have additional work, you can purchase additional hours at my hourly rate ($75 /hour) until your package resets. Unused hours expire after 30 days and cannot be rolled over from month to month. It is your responsibility to make sure your hours are used within the time frame.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime after the initial 3-month minimum commitment. There are no refunds for unused hours.
