• Packages can be started at any time, and automatically renew at the same rate every month until cancelled.

• Minimum 3-month commitment required

• Once you sign up for a retainer package, we will schedule a discover call to review your needs, goals, and file management

• Rainer must be paid before any work begins for the month

Project Requests

• We will touch base towards the middle of the month to review what is needed for the month coming up.

• Time for 1 round of revisions is allotted per project.

• Requests should include as many details as possible. Keep in mind, time spent researching, brainstorming, or requesting multiple revisions can extend projects beyond the estimated time.

• Copy and photos needs to be provided before work begins

Work Included

• Social media graphics, photo editing, basic print projects like business cards or flyers, basic website updates (swapping out photos, changing copy, or adding events)

• Retainer packages cannot be used for larger projects like branding or projects outside of your brand. Larger projects will be quoted separately

Going Over Hours

• If you use all of your hours in your monthly retainer and still have additional work, you can purchase additional hours at my hourly rate ($75 /hour) until your package resets

• Unused hours expire after 30 days and cannot be rolled over from month to month. It is your responsibility to make sure your hours are used within the timeframe.

Cancelling

• You can cancel anytime after the initial 3-month minimum commitment. There are no refunds for unused hours.
